Added Value for the Award-Winning Audi A6

SYDNEY – Nov 28, 2013: The award-winning Audi A6 executive sedan range now offers even greater value. Additional standard equipment and a new series of high-value Technik packages top the list of highlights now afforded to discerning customers.

“With a broad range of powerful and efficient four- and six-cylinder engines, the Audi A6 naturally attracts customers who are looking to own a sophisticated executive sedan. With these additional features we are announcing, Audi’s progressive technology is well within their grasp.”
The two four-cylinder A6 models, the 2.0 TFSI petrol and 2.0 TDI diesel, both gain the sporty S line exterior package to enhance the model’s confident stance on the road. In addition, Xenon headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels further refine the A6’s esteemed appearance. Audi parking system plus with rear view camera is also a new standard equipment offering.
The new Technik package for these models adds four-zone climate control air-conditioning and the 360-degree top-view camera for enhanced vision during parking manoeuvers. The highly functional sports steering wheel with paddle shift is also part of the package, as well as advanced driver assistance features like active lane and side assist. Respectively, these technologies help the driver keep the vehicle in their own lane, in case of distraction, and also flash to warn the driver if another vehicle is in the ‘blind spot’. DAB plus digital radio reception and folding exterior mirrors complete the list of equipment included in the package. This extensive list of equipment is available in the Technik package for only $3,000.
The six-cylinder models in the A6 range, the 2.8 FSI, the 3.0 TDI, the 3.0 TFSI and the 3.0 TDI Biturbo, feature all of the standard equipment listed above, plus more. New additions to this range include four-zone climate control air-conditioning and 19-inch alloy wheels.
The new Technik package for the six-cylinder models also include the
features above, plus LED headlights and electric glass sunroof, where those
features aren’t already standard equipment. The price of the Technik
