Automotive service providers catch an exclusive 'sneak peek' of Full Slate and CARFAX integrations with the VAST business management and POS system

CHARLOTTE, NC--Oct. 4, 2013: MAM Software, Inc. , a leading provider of business management solutions, will demonstrate its VAST Business Management Software for automotive service providers at Meineke Car Care Center's International Franchisee Convention on October 7th at Boca Raton Resort and Club in Boca Raton, Florida. Franchisees will learn how VAST has helped fellow Meineke center owners manage daily business operations, including estimating, sales, order processing and extensive business reporting.

The demonstration coincides with VAST's upcoming version release. Arriving at the end of October, the new release will provide a host of new features, including integrations with Full Slate and CARFAX to further streamline manual processes, improve the customer experience and better maintain accurate data in one system.

The integration with Full Slate will enable VAST users to accept customer appointments online at Meineke, allowing for greater customer satisfaction and increased business thanks to non-business hours functionality. Since its partnership with Meineke in 2012, Full Slate has become a fundamental part of each center's business, making its VAST integration essential to competitive advantage.

Users will also benefit from the customer intake procedure that employs CARFAX to populate the vehicle's year, make and model simply by entering a license plate number. CARFAX provides automotive shops with immense value by allowing employees to quickly search for a vehicle's history using a vehicle identification number (VIN). Shops can also use CARFAX for easier parts look-up and ordering, ensuring they get the right part the first time.
