BMW Group Australia's Record Sales Trigger Organisation Growth
MULGRAVE, AUSTRALIA – Sept 30, 2013: Following record sales in 2013 – currently up 11.3 per cent on the previous year – BMW Group Australia has announced the expansion of the Australian organisation. From 1 October the company will implement a new structure which sees the sales and marketing functions divided into two distinct departments.
Under this structure, Toni Andreevski will take on the new role of general manager, marketing. Tom Noble will focus exclusively on sales for the Group with the new title of general manager, sales.
Both Andreevski and Noble will report directly to managing director, Phil Horton, who said the individual focus on both the sales and marketing functions will pave the way for the continued growth of BMW Group Australia.
“The expansion of the sales and marketing departments will ensure we are well prepared for future development as we gear up for the arrival of a number of exciting models in 2014, along with the launch of the new BMW i sub-brand,” Horton said.
