ST. LOUIS--Sept. 13, 2013: This month National Car Rental will unveil four new television commercials that extend the reach and appeal of its "Go Like A Pro" advertising campaign. The award-winning rental car brand that caters to frequent travelers is launching the 30-second spots to showcase a wide range of business travelers – from fashion buyer to golf pro to football referee to construction project manager.
"There are many different types of business travelers, but they all have one thing in common: a need for convenient, highly efficient car rental services," said Rob Connors, assistant vice president of brand marketing at National Car Rental. "Our new National ads combine a diverse range of professions with a healthy dose of humor to show a broad audience of business travelers what it really means to 'Go Like a Pro'."
The spots will roll out nationally this month on broadcast and cable television, including during NBC's Sunday Night Football broadcasts, and will be supported by targeted online and mobile video networks (e.g. YuMe.com, xAd.com, Forbes.com, Boingo.com, etc.). The spots will also feature National's brand-new mobile app, which is designed to give frequent travelers more speed, choice and control.
Originally launched in January 2011, National's "Go Like A Pro" advertising campaign promotes the brand's expertise in helping "road warriors" efficiently navigate their frequent travels. The creative for the campaign was developed by Cannonball Advertising and the advertisements were placed by PHD.
