Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Australia takes 1st place in Dealer Survey
MELBOURNE – Sept 3, 2013: MBFSAu has taken first place in the Dealer- Identification and Satisfaction Survey (DISS). “Being #1 is a fantastic result of all the hard work the team has put in to offer the best possible support to our dealer network”, commented Steven Goodale, CEO of MBFS Australia. He continued, “being rated first in dealer satisfaction for the fifth consequtive year is a strong indication of our dealer commitment and focus on delivering excellent products and systems”.
MBFSAu introduced the innovative financing product Agility and the customer data management system Chrysalis Key2Key in support of vehicle sales. As a result, dealers have been able to better track the customer life cycle and identify the optimum time for customer contact.

The purpose of the DISS Dealer Satisfaction study is to measure and benchmark dealer satisfaction with the manufacturer/importer. The business fields measured are New Vehicle Sales, Fleet Sales, Financial Services, Used Vehicle Sales, After Sales Service and Parts Sales. The brands included in the study are Mercedes-Benz, Smart, BMW, Mini, Audi and Porsche.
