Social Buzz Report: Toyota's Online Conversations Increase by 52%, Trailing Ford/Chevrolet

During June, Ford continued to dominate the competition in overall online conversations. Toyota, however, saw a large increase (+52%), only trailing Ford/Chevrolet. Jeep also jumped (+52%) in online conversations, due in part to the recent recall news and their initial refusal to fix the vehicles. Mentions of Quality and Price were strongest among BMW and Mercedes. Nissan again had the largest percentage of its online conversations reference Fuel Efficiency. Performance dialog within Audi brand conversations continued to remain strong (ahead of BMW/Mercedes).
