Mercedes-Benz Hosts German Industry UK Meeting

MILTON KEYNES, UNITED KINGDOM – June 3, 2013: Mercedes-Benz UK today hosted 2013’s second meeting of GERMAN INDUSTRY UK – a group whose members comprise of British companies with major German shareholders.

Thirty brands across different business sectors were hosted by Marcus Breitschwerdt, President and CEO Mercedes-Benz UK, and Dr Bernd Atenstaedt, Chairman and Chief Executive of GERMAN INDUSTRY UK.

The guests also heard from Mark Lancaster MP, Lord Commissioner of HM Treasury, and MP for Milton Keynes North, the constituency in which Mercedes-Benz UK’s headquarters are based. Mr Lancaster spoke about the way forward for the British economy.
