Mitsubishi Motors 'No time to waste sale' Contributes to its Strongest May Results on Record

Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited (MMAL) carried April all-time records into May reporting a best ever five-month period for import sales.

SYDNEY – June 3, 2013: Early internal figures show 7,006 vehicles sold in May 2013, a 36% growth on May 2012 and the highest recorded import May result.

MMAL's total sales for the first five months of 2013 (Jan-May) shows an all-time record import level for the same period of any previous year, with SUV/LCV models driving the growth.

CEO Mutsuhiro Oshikiri said the No Time to Waste sale in May has seen customers taking up on the exceptional value for money offers.

“The sale has contributed to our all-time record growth by continuing to deliver outstanding value across the range. June is a key sales month with the end of financial year and we aim to build on this momentum by offering even better deals; especially on Mirage and ASX.” said Oshikiri.
