MELBOURNE – May 14, 2013: Honda Australia and Australia’s largest performing arts centre, Arts Centre Melbourne, have today announced a one-year Official Partnership.

“We see our partnership with Arts Centre Melbourne to be a perfect brand fit because we are both in the business of bringing the power of dreams to life. In addition, this partnership provides extensive year-round reach into the community through Arts Centre Melbourne’s 2.3 million visitors,” said Kevin Lillie, Honda Australia’s Senior Marketing Manager.

“We’re delighted to be working collaboratively with Honda, a company with a proud history of innovation and a collaborative approach to business. The partnership is creative in terms of application, but it also provides a strong financial component which will contribute directly to Arts Centre Melbourne’s performances and activities,” said Judith Isherwood, Chief Executive, Arts Centre Melbourne.

The partnership is multi faceted, including activations in and around the major Arts Centre venues, in addition to specific activities aligned to key Arts Centre productions.

Arts Centre Melbourne and Honda will use the shared ideas of accessibility, innovation, passion and fun to develop imaginative activity that extends the Arts Centre Melbourne visitor experience and builds a robust customer base for both organisations.
