Sime Darby Motors Enhances its Communications Team

SYDNEY – March 27, 2013: Sime Darby Motors Group is growing its Communications team as a result of the recent acquisition of the Citroën brand.

Jenny Chungall has been appointed to the position of PR and Communications Executive and will cover both the Citroën and Peugeot brand, predominantly looking after Citroën. She will also be the main contact for press fleet bookings for both brands effective immediately.

Rebecca Reyes has been appointed to Events Manager and will work across all events and sponsorship activities for the two brands.

Both will be reporting directly to the company’s PR and Communications Manager, Jaedene Hudson.

Jenny joins Sime Darby Motors Group with extensive automotive experience from her previous roles a Public Relations Representative and Dealer Network Operations Officer at Volkswagen Group Australia. Prior to working at Volkswagen, Jenny has completed a Master’s Degree in Public Relations from the University of Sydney.

Coming from an agency background and with over five years’ experience in events, Rebecca brings with her a wealth of know-how from the industry from product launches to marketing activations. Amongst many achievements, Rebecca has delivered successful events for brands such as Virgin Australia, Suncorp and Procter & Gamble.

Jenny commenced her appointment Sime Darby Motors Group at the start of this week and Rebecca has been with the company since 11th March 2013.
