Mitsubishi Crowns Dealers Of The Year

MILTON KEYNES, UNITED KINGDOM – Marc 20,2013: Mitsubishi Motors in the UK has presented its coveted Dealer of the Year Award at a lavish black tie ceremony attended by retail partners from across its 118-strong nationwide network.

For the first time ever the award was shared between two dealerships, Chris Variava Mitsubishi in Nottingham and Smithy Garage in Gwynedd.

The family-run retailers claimed the prestigious title in recognition of their outstanding performance across a number of key areas including sales, aftersales and customer satisfaction.

But Lance Bradley, Managing Director of Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, was quick to praise the contribution made by the whole dealer network to the brand’s continued success.

Presenting the awards, he said:

“Judging the awards was a particularly tough job this year as so many of our dealers have performed exceptionally.

“In the end Chris Variava and Smithy Garage stood out from the crowd but we found it impossible to separate them and decided to award the title to them both.”

Lance added:

“Chris Variava has absolutely trumped the competition when it comes to customer service and this award is testament to the efforts of the whole team there.

“Smithy’s Garage has consistently been in the top echelons of customer satisfaction, not just in the UK but in Europe as well.

“They just do the right things for people and never let their customers down.”
