Mercedes-Benz Australia Awards its Highest Achieving Dealerships

MULGRAVE, AUSTRALIA – Marc 6, 2013: During a formal awards ceremony in Melbourne last week, the annual Mercedes-Benz ‘Dealer of the Year’ awards were held to recognise outstanding achievements during 2012.

The awards recognised New Vehicle Sales, Service and Parts, Finance and Pre Owned Sales. These were presented by the heads of each business unit.

The highly prized Mercedes-Benz Cars ‘Metropolitan Dealer of the Year’ was awarded to Mercedes-Benz Hornsby in Sydney. Dealer Principal Greg Stewart together with his team delivered outstanding customer service and professionalism across all key criteria to be awarded the title of Metropolitan Dealer of the Year.

Mercedes-Benz Cars ‘Provincial/Rural Dealer of the Year’ was awarded to Carlin & Gazzard Mt Gambier. The dealership was recognised for exceptional all-round performance and customer service standards throughout the year rendering it a deserved winner.

Mr Horst Von Sanden, Managing Director Mercedes-Benz Cars Australia/Pacific, expressed his gratitude to the entire Mercedes-Benz team for their concerted efforts and dedication to customer service throughout the year.

The coveted Mercedes-Benz ‘Metropolitan Vans Dealer of the Year’ was awarded to 3 Point Motors in Melbourne. The dealership provided outstanding levels of customer service whilst achieving strong growth in vehicle sales and aftersales.

Poyser Motors Bendigo, were awarded the Mercedes-Benz ‘Provincial/Rural Vans Dealer of the Year’ for 2012. Mercedes-Benz Vans, General Manager Diane Tarr together with Commercial Vehicles Managing Director Dr Kolja Rebstock, presented the award to Dealer Principal Adam Poyser and praised the efforts of all those involved.
