Engine woes lead to early exit for Riggs in Daytona
The No. 92 finished in 35th place.
"Sure, it's disappointing," said Hester as the team loaded the truck to head back
to North Carolina. "We had a great truck and Scott was doing a heck of a job. But
these things happen in racing. We will take the truck back to Cerro Gordo (N.C.)
and see what the problem was with the engine and work with our supplier to make
sure it doesn't happen again.
"It wasn't the finish we wanted, but I'm encouraged by the progress we've made."
The team will be back on track at Martinsville Speedway on April 6 when the NASCAR
Camping World Truck Series returns to action.
