Fiat Chrysler Group Announces 2012 Dealer of the Year Awards

VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA – Dec 18, 2012: The Fiat Chrysler Group has announced its top dealers for 2012 at a glittering ceremony held at Crown Conference Centre on Sunday night.
The top Chrysler Jeep Dodge (CJD) dealer accolade went to John Hughes CJD from Victoria Park in Western Australia, while Lance Dixon Alfa Romeo in Doncaster, Victoria, took home the Fiat and Alfa Romeo accolade.
Veronica Johns, FCG director of sales, confirmed the winning dealers have demonstrated unwavering commitment to all facets of their performance, including excellence in customer satisfaction, sales, service and the provision of parts during 2012.
“These guys are the best of the best,” Johns said.
“They constantly and continuously improve all areas of their operations, with the final goal of ensuring the best possible service in every single business area, for every single customer who walks in through their doors.
“These dealers are the ultimate asset to our group of companies,” said Johns.
Clyde Campbell, FCG managing director, credited the winning dealers’ hard work to FCG’s 2012 record sales results.
“This year we’ve experienced the group’s most successful sales results to date and our dealers, dedicated to performance, professionalism and customer service, are one of the main reasons we’re celebrating such a successful year.” said Campbell.
Guests at the FCG 2012 Dealer of the Year Awards event continued to celebrate at the star-studded FCG Christmas party held at the Crown Palladium directly after the awards ceremony.
