MELBOURNE – Dec 17, 2012: Holden has appointed Peter Keley into the role of Sales Director, effective from January 2013.

In his new role, Mr Keley will be responsible for all areas of Holden vehicle sales, including regional offices and the dealer network.

Mr Keley will be marking 30 years’ service with Holden in 2013, having joined the company as a Finance Trainee in 1983.

Most recently, he has held the role of Executive Director, Planning, working with both domestic and global teams during a phase in which the Holden model range has grown in diversity to be bigger than ever before.

Previously, he held roles as Managing Director, Holden New Zealand, and Director, Export, along with 10 years of previous sales in experience in our Victorian and Western Australia sales offices.

“I’ve had an incredible career at Holden, and it’s incredibly exciting to take this to the next stage and capitalise on the benefit of my experience,” said Mr Keley.

“I have a great passion for the Holden brand and for Holden cars, and it’s that passion that I look forward to sharing with our dealers and our customers as we head into one of our most exciting years ever.

We have some great newly launched cars and many more exciting ones to come. These will create many great opportunities for Holden, and I look forward to being instrumental in helping to realise them.”

Mr Keley’s replacement as Executive Director, Planning, will be subject to a later announcement.
