The Stunning Infiniti Centre Brisbane is Now Open

BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA – Dec 14, 2012: Infiniti Centre Brisbane, Queensland’s first official Infiniti dealership, is now open.

This stunning new Infiniti Retail Centre officially opened its doors this week, ushering in a new look for Fortitude Valley’s famed luxury automotive precinct. The centre’s six-car showroom features a complete concierge service and has been designed to Infiniti’s IREDI (Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative) standards in conjunction with leading architectural firms Graphos Architects from Melbourne and Brisbane’s McKerrell Architects.

Infiniti Centre Brisbane is the second facility of its type in Australia, the first being Infiniti Centre Sydney, which opened in September. This latest Infiniti retail centre delivers the brand’s trademark high-level customer experience which is based on the Japanese notion of omotenashi, or anticipatory hospitality.

Infiniti Centre Brisbane follows the designer boutique layout the brand has adopted in Australia. It’s a showroom design that reflects the exclusivity of the Infiniti marque and comprises three parts: a lounge, a lobby and a gallery, the latter showcasing a selection of the Infiniti’s luxurious and sporting model range.

Kevin Snell, General Manager of Infiniti Cars Australia, says Infiniti has adopted a more considered approach to the local retailing of its luxury cars, a choice based on findings from extensive local research.

“Australian luxury car buyers want three things: a confident brand that engages them and one that matches their values; a dynamic luxury car that excites them; and an ownership experience that is based on respect and recognition, one that continues throughout a customer’s complete period of ownership.”

Infiniti, the performance luxury car brand from Japan, officially entered the Australian luxury car market in September this year. The company’s two launch models, the bold Infiniti FX performance crossover and stunning Infiniti M sedan, were joined this month by the dynamic Infiniti G37 Coupe and G37 Convertible. More exciting new models are set to join the Australian range from 2013.

Infiniti Centre Brisbane is owned and operated by leading national automotive retail group A.P. Eagers.
