North Shore Volkswagen Opens Biggest Showroom in Volkswagen Network

BOTANY, AUSTRALIA – Dec 11, 2012: North Shore Volkswagen has moved into their new purpose-built showroom in Artarmon, the biggest showroom in the Volkswagen network to date. “ We are excited to have completed our big move into the new premises and are looking forward to unlocking the huge potential of this showroom,” the General Manager of North Shore Volkswagen, Neil Berry, said. “Our impressive new premises provide us with a great opportunity to present the Volkswagen range to our valued customers in all its variety.”

North Shore Volkswagen, formerly Chatswood Classic Cars, is wholly owned by Inchcape Automotive Retail Pty Ltd and has been an integral part of the Volkswagen dealership network since the early 90s.

Volkswagen Group Australia Managing Director, Ms Anke Koeckler, sees the new showroom as a commitment to the all Volkswagen customer on Sydney’s North Shore. “The Volkswagen brand has been very popular on the Northern Beaches, so it was a logical decision to show our continued commitment to our loyal customer base with our largest showroom yet,” Ms Koeckler explained.

The new showroom will combine Volkswagen Passenger and Commercial Vehicle Sales and can display up to 45 vehicles. It follows Volkswagen’s new adaptable Module Concept design, which is gradually being rolled out across the Volkswagen dealership network with around 20 projects scheduled for completion in 2013.
