SAN DIEGO--November 27, 2012: --PureForge, an innovative brake solutions company, is pleased to announce Thomas M. Roskos, Jr., has joined its board of directors and audit and finance committee. Roskos brings more than 25 years of high-growth corporate leadership and significant high-technology experience building results-oriented management teams.

In addition to his new board position with PureForge, Roskos is the CEO of Intravest Development LLC, a real-estate based development and portfolio company with holdings of nearly $30 million, and the president of Merit Investments LLC, a privately held family trust. He also works with several charitable organizations as a board member for Make-A-Wish of Arizona (founding Chapter) and Arizona Baseball Charities and is the co-founder of the Family Support Foundation for Mental Illness.

Roskos began his career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arizona, Cigna Healthcare, Mesa General Hospital and Community Hospital, (Summit Healthcare and Ornda Healthcare). An entrepreneur by nature, he acquired, built and operated a national chain of MRIs. At the same time, he founded SOL Communications LLC, the nation's first profitable wireless company, which was ultimately acquired by Voice Stream (T-Mobile). He also founded RoLo Development LLC, a privately held commercial development company, which was successfully acquired in 2007. Roskos holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Western International University.
