DENVER--November 17, 2012: Rocky Mountain Honda Dealers, together with KMGH, KKTV and the Colorado National Guard Family Program, has partnered to collect donations to send care packages to overseas troops. The Rocky Mountain Honda Dealerships have donated $5,000 to the Wounded Warriors Project and $5,000 towards the cost of shipping donations overseas. Now through November 17th -- December 15th, anyone in the Denver area can drop off donations to the Honda dealer closest to them.

“Our troops are making a great sacrifice that affects them and their loved ones.”

The third annual "Support our Troops" promotion is sponsored by Rocky Mountain Honda Dealers, KMGH and KKTV. Pillowcases, ready-to-eat food items, personal hygiene items, recreational products and wash cloths are some of donation suggestions for this year. You can find a full list at The Denver Channel or on Rocky Mountain Honda Dealers.

"We are proud to partner with the Rocky Mountain Honda Dealers and the Colorado National Guard Family Program," said Robin Hoffman, Creative Services Director, KMGH-TV/Azteca America Colorado. "Our troops are making a great sacrifice that affects them and their loved ones."

For those who fill out an entry form at Rocky Mountain Honda Dealers, Comcast will draw one person who will win a Jet Blue Travel Voucher for $2,400. The Wounded Warriors will also choose an active or in-active veteran to receive a $2,400 Jet Blue Voucher to visit their family or friends.
