The new California law, AB1215 now in effect, requires dealers to run a National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) report on each used vehicle in inventory and when they acquire new vehicles to sell.
- instaVIN reports are comprehensive, full vehicle history reports that also contain open lien data, North American open theft information, historic and active listing and other key records not available to any other provider.

The specially priced instaVIN reports will help California dealers run a NMVTIS report for all of their used vehicles in inventory so they are compliant with the new law.
"Dealers in California need to be compliant with this new law, and at 49 cents instaVIN helps them get there," says Jim Irish, CEO of instaVIN. "Only instaVIN provides compliance with the new law and can replace CARFAX or AutoCheck with a comprehensive report."
