Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Australia Earns Praise

MULGRAVE, AUSTRALIA – Sept 10, 2012: Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Australia (MBFSAu) is proud to have been awarded the title of number one in overall Dealer Satisfaction (DISS) for the third consecutive year. The purpose of the DISS Dealer Satisfaction study is to measure and benchmark dealer satisfaction with the manufacturer/importer. “DSI is a team effort and every business department contributes to this success,” says Craig Cubitt, General Manager Sales and Marketing MBFSAu.

The study surveys Dealer Principals to gauge general satisfaction with the brand and overall satisfaction with business fields. The business fields measured are New Vehicle Sales, Fleet Sales, Financial Services, Used Vehicle Sales, After Sales Service and Parts Sales. The brands included in the study are Mercedes-Benz, Smart, BMW, Audi, Mini and Porsche. The DISS study provides manufacturers with valuable information in order to strengthen the relationship with the dealer network.

For the fourth consecutive year MBFSAu’s field force team, referred to as the Dealer Relationship Management Team, have been rated the best field force team in the industry. MBFSAu also held the highest rankings in the ‘Back Office’ questions, a recognition that every staff member in the company takes pride in.

In order to build upon this momentum, MBFSAu has launched a new finance product called ‘Agility’ by Mercedes-Benz Financial. Agility is a mass market future guaranteed value product, targeting the entire Mercedes-Benz model range and positioned with aggressive residual values.
