Volkswagen Group Australia Appoints Public Relations Manager

BOTANY, AUSTRALIA – July 5, 2012: Volkswagen Group Australia has appointed Kurt McGuiness to the position of Public Relations Manager.

Kurt will be reporting to Volkswagen Group Australia’s Press and PR General Manager, Karl Gehling.

Kurt will be working across the Volkswagen Group brands - Volkswagen Passenger Vehicles, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and ŠKODA.

Previously, Kurt has worked at Top Gear Australia and FHM, and joins Volkswagen Group Australia from an agency role at MAXMEDIALAB.

Throughout his career to date, Kurt has also worked with several iconic brands at a number of advertising and marketing agencies, and has completed a Masters Degree in journalism and communications from the University of New South Wales.
