Quantum Technologies Announces Expiration of Series C Warrants Issued in March 2012 Public Offering

IRVINE, CA--June 18, 2012: Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. (the "Company") , announced today that 19,110,000 Series C Warrants issued in connection with the Company's public offering of stock and warrants that was completed in March 2012 have expired in accordance with their terms and are no longer outstanding.
