CVG Names Dean Vomero Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Business Development

NEW ALBANY, OH--June 8, 2012: Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. , a leading supplier of fully integrated system solutions for the global commercial vehicle market, is pleased to announce that Dean R. Vomero has joined the Company's leadership team as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Business Development. 

In his new position, Vomero will oversee CVG's efforts to identify and acquire strategically aligned global business opportunities.  Vomero will also manage the Company's Continuous Improvement programs, which includes responsibility for CVG's Supplier Quality function.  Over the past several months, he has served as a consultant on several key strategic projects for CVG.

Vomero brings more than 20 years financial and operational expertise across multiple industries to CVG.  He most recently served as a Managing Director for Mesirow Financial Consulting and Bridge Associates.  He also served as an interim executive officer for a variety of privately and public companies both domestically and internationally.  He has also lectured before the American Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, Ohio, Pennsylvania Society of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Electric Association.  Vomero graduated from John Carroll University with a BSBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
