Dana Holding Corporation to Participate in the Deutsche Bank Global Industrials and Basic Materials Conference on June 13

MAUMEE, OH--June 5, 2012: Dana Holding Corporation announced today it will participate in the Deutsche Bank Global Industrials and Basic Materials Conference on June 13, 2012, in Chicago.  Executive Vice President  and President of On-Highway Driveline Technologies, Mark Wallace, will provide a brief overview of the company and answer questions for approximately 35 minutes, beginning at 3 p.m. CDT.
