For Information Only: Suzuki Appoints New Press Officer

MILTON KEYNES, UNITED KINGDOM – May 18, 2012: Following Rachelle Green’s departure for a year out in Australia, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Jade Wells as the new press officer for Suzuki GB PLC. Jade, 21, joins Suzuki permanently from another car manufacturer where she held the position of Product Marketing Assistant.

Reporting to myself, Jade will have responsibility for press fleet management and utilisation, media monitoring and analysis as well as assistance with event planning and updating of all product information.

Jade is Honours degree educated and, most importantly, she has a very strong interest in cars as well as all types of motorsport. Similar to myself, Jade also has a BTEC qualification in Automotive Engineering although admittedly my own was from the days when many new cars still had carburettors and adjustable ignition timing!

Jade’s first day at Suzuki will be Thursday 24th May at SMMT Millbrook and, if you are attending, I look forward to introducing her to as many of you as possible as well as at other events in the coming months.
