Mooresville, May 7, 2012: Roush Yates' engines were victorious on dirt this weekend, claiming victory with Randy Martin and Gregg Satterlee. Drag racer Michael Paschal took a trip to the winners circle with his Roush Yates engine.

Martin beat out 37 other teams to claim his first Speedway Motors ASCS Warrior Region Victory of the 2012 season on Saturday, May 5th. The highly regarded Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, MO, kept fans on their feet with the exciting green-white-checkered finish. Martin fended off Kansas Native Jay Russell and hard charger Josh Fisher to claim the ultimate victory at the "Diamond of Dirt Tracks".

Fresh out of Victory Lane from his April 27th win, Satterlee wasted no time in achieving his next victory. Satterlee took home $5,000 after a much-deserved victory on May 5th at Pennsylvania Motor Speedway during the Penn National 51. Starting eighth, his Roush Yates' powered 410 Dirt Late Model engine took him to the front where he overtook leader Keith Barbara on lap 39. The Kennedy Motorsports United Late Model Series sanctioned Satterlee's triumph.

Paschal proved to have a successful weekend as he won the O'Reilly Auto Parts Outlaw Doorslammers class at Piedmont Dragway. Paschal is powered by a Roush Yates small block Ford.

"It's really great to see such consistent performances coming in, especially for a racer like Gregg Saterlee and what he has done the past two weeks," said Doug Yates. "Racers like Gregg can trust many years of engineering and technology that go into not just the entire racing engine they're running, but numerous other key components that any grassroots competitor in America can easily bolt on. In the coming months you're going to see more of these affordable yet highly engineered (by Roush Yates) performance components such as improved cylinder heads and intake manifolds perfect for weekend dirt warriors. We've listened and responded to market demand for these products, and I'm excited to report that they'll be hitting the market very soon."
