Teen Driving Survey Results To be Released by Bridgestone Americas at National Press Club - Tuesday, April 24

WASHINGTON—April 19, 2012: U.S. Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood and Bridgestone Americas will be participating in a news conference this Tuesday, April 24 to release the results of a new nationwide survey on young drivers. The purpose of this survey was to find out not only what teens and young adults are doing behind the wheel, but why they're doing it.

BRIDGESTONE AMERICAS TO HOLD NEWS CONFERENCE ON DISTRACTED DRIVING

WHAT: They know it's wrong, so why do young drivers engage in distracting and dangerous behaviors behind the wheel? Bridgestone Americas has conducted a nationwide survey to find out. Bridgestone Americas will hold a news conference to announce the findings and an initiative to help combat the nationwide problem. U.S. Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood will also be on hand to discuss how teens can take action against distracted driving.
