Toyota France Adopts Emailvision's Campaign Commander Enterprise Edition

NEW YORK--April 11, 2012:

Emailvision [EmailVision], the international leader in software as a service (SaaS) for online relationship marketing, in partnership with Axoa, specialists in integrating client relationship management and business portals, has signed a contract with Toyota France, the French representative of the largest Japanese car manufacturer and one of the world leaders in the automotive sector.

This project includes the formation of a dedicated team working with Emailvision's Campaign Commander(TM) Enterprise Edition; providing Toyota France with the most comprehensive and relevant software solution for its multi-channel marketing needs through a combination of automation and agility.

Emailvision and Axoa will implement Campaign Commander Enterprise Edition [EmailVision Enterprise Edition] solution, integrating it with Toyota France's existing CRM system. As a result, 276 Toyota dealerships will soon enjoy a global SaaS marketing solution designed to increase the relevance and profitability of their relationship marketing programs. Their online multi-channel marketing campaigns will be simplified by using automated or manual SMS sending processes, alongside email marketing campaigns.

Monitored by a dedicated team, Toyota France will be able to execute lifecycle management campaigns via email and SMS across its network. These campaigns are job-specific and allow dealerships, for example, to remind car owners about important vehicle maintenance tasks or to share seasonal advice. Toyota France will also benefit from the ability to develop 'Reflex' campaigns - automated marketing campaigns which reply to a recipients' response to a communication. With this, Toyota offers its franchisees a dedicated interface and the ability to manage their own campaigns, accessing Toyota France's communication tools and marketing materials.
