SAN RAMON, CA--January 26, 2012: The Board of Directors of Chevron Corporation today declared a quarterly dividend of eighty-one cents ($0.81) per share, payable March 12, 2012, to holders of common stock as shown on the transfer records of the Corporation at the close of business on February 17, 2012.
