KERPEN--November 15, 2011: Visteon Corporation , a global supplier of automotive systems, is supplying the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for the Volkswagen Group's new small family car, the Volkswagen up!

Launched at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, the VW up! has earned praise for its intelligent packaging that provides small families with a spacious and economic vehicle. Visteon's compact HVAC system was designed to meet the car's challenging packaging requirements while ensuring efficient performance of the overall climate system.

Visteon developed this compact HVAC system at its technical center in Kerpen, Germany, and manufactures the product in Ilava, Slovakia.
