Nissan Leaf Wins 'Electric Vehicle of the Year' at Greenfleet Awards

RRICKMANSWORTH, UNITED KINGDOM – October 21, 2011: Nissan's 100% electric LEAF five-door hatchback has picked up another award. It was voted Electric Vehicle of the Year at the 2011 GreenFleet Awards.

Sponsored by EDF Energy, the LEAF was judged as the best performing and most suitable electric vehicle in its class.

Nissan LEAF will be built at Sunderland plant from 2013.
