Luxgen tops the J.D. Power Customer Service Index (CSI) Study Amongst The Local-Produced Auto Brands In Taiwan
XINDIAN CITY, TAIWAN - Sept 23, 2011: According to the study of J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2011 Taiwan Customer Service Index (CSI), the independent automobile brand Luxgen tops the study amongst the local-produced automobile brands, showing that Luxgen owners are highly satisfied with the inspection and maintenance services, as well as the Luxgen experience delivered. It is also an encouraging mark of Luxgen’s “Think Ahead” brand spirit to be well recognised in Taiwan market. Luxgen has a very strong start at its first ever J.D. Power study as this is the first time the brand of intelligent automobile is eligible for the study.
The benchmark of customer satisfaction, the CSI study, enters into its 14th consecutive year in Taiwan, measuring customer satisfaction of vehicle owners who visited their authorised dealership sales points for maintenance or repair work during the first 12 to 24 months of ownership. Scoring 863 points out of 1,000 amongst the total five factors: service quality, vehicle pick-up, service initiation, service facility and service advisor, Luxgen has rolled off with tremendous popularity amongst its owners.
