Chrysler to Distribute PHEV Ram 1500 Pickups to Duke Energy in Charlotte, N.C. as Part of National Demonstration Program

What: Chrysler Group LLC will distribute 10 Plug-In Electric Hybrid (PHEV) Ram 1500 pickup trucks to Duke Energy officials as part of a national demonstration program for evaluation and testing of the trucks for three years.

When: Thursday, Sept. 22

Press conference to start promptly at 11:00 a.m. followed by limited vehicle ride and drive of the PHEV pickup trucks. The program will conclude at 1:00 p.m. Subject matter experts from Chrysler and Duke Energy will be on hand to answer questions.
