Motorsports Business - Most R&D Tax Credits Remain Unclaimed - Even By Motorsport!
London, August 19, 2011: MIA wants all innovative companies to get this financial benefit, urgently, and have called a meeting on Wednesday 21 September to help them do so.
The Department of Business, Innovation & Skills say: "R&D Tax Credits are the single most important funds for SMEs in the UK" - yet most companies don't claim them, maybe feeling they are not entitled to them, or unsure how to claim.
The Motorsport Industry Association (MIA) is hosting a specific workshop on R&D Tax Credits on 21 September, to explain how to claim this additional funding to help research and development activities.

Chris Aylett, MIA CEO says: "This excellent scheme is just 'made for motorsport' and keeps improving. Motorsport companies need to get up to speed and get maximum benefit from the government. Credits are available for all who develop new services, new products or new processes which help efficiency."
Two expert MIA members - Hazlewoods, business advisors and Chartered Acountants, will pass on their relevant experience of updated R&D Tax Credits; Withers & Rogers will explain new 'Patent Box' plans, with low tax rates on profits from patents and patented products. You cannot afford to miss these tax benefits, which could help you and your company.
The workshop is on Wednesday 21 September 2011, at MIA HQ, Stoneleigh Park, Warks. Places are limited, don't miss out - book NOW!
