HARBIN, China--Aug. 9, 2011: China XD Plastics Company Limited , one of China's leading players engaged in the development, manufacture, and sale of modified plastics primarily for automotive applications, today announced that it will release financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 before the NASDAQ market open on Monday, August 15, 2011.

The earnings release will be available on the investor relations page of the Company's website at China XD.
