Capello Drives Vauxhall Insignia

LUTON, UNITED KINGDOM – July 22, 2011: Fabio Capello is the newest addition to the Vauxhall driving family.

The England manager has been presented with the keys of a Vauxhall Insignia Sports Tourer Elite as part of Vauxhall’s partnership with the Football Association.

Fabio Capello said: “I am delighted to be driving a Vauxhall. I have always held the organisation in the highest regard for many, many years throughout my footballing career.

“Vauxhall has been extremely supportive not only of the Football Association but of me personally and I am very grateful for their support.

“I have very fond memories of driving an Opel many years ago and, during my coaching career at AC Milan, Opel were a lucky company for me when they were sponsor of the club.”

Vauxhall managing director Duncan Aldred said: “We are delighted that Fabio has chosen to drive an Insignia.

“Shortly after announcing our partnership with the FA in January, we were approached by Fabio about the possibility of driving a Vauxhall.

“He has been using a Vauxhall for the past five months and now he has the Vauxhall of his choice.
