Newport Beach, California (April 11, 2011) -- AutoNation, Inc. , America's largest automotive retailer, today announced that it will open a new state of the art Audi facility called Newport Audi located at 445 E. Pacific Coast Highway, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
The ribbon cutting will take place at 6:30 pm on April 14, 2011 with local community leaders and industry executives including Mike Maroone, President of AutoNation, and Johan de Nysschen, President of Audi USA. Also, the event will mark the U.S. dealer premiere of the all new A7 and A6. The A6 will make its U.S. premiere dealership appearance and is Audi's latest in the new line up of premium luxury vehicles.
The opening of Newport Audi is the latest in the AutoNation multi-million dollar facilities program which takes place over the next three years. AutoNation recently opened Mercedes Benz of Miami, Florida, Mercedes Benz of South Bay, California, Power Fiat of South Bay, Mercedes Benz of Sarasota, Florida and Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek, Florida.
