San Diego, CA--March 16, 2011: Mitchell International, Inc., a leading provider
of information, workflow and performance management solutions to the Property &
Casualty claims and Collision Repair industries, today announced a partnership with
GRC-Pirk that will provide environmental sustainability software to Mitchell RepairCenter(TM)
customers.

The integration with Mitchell RepairCenter - expected to roll out early in 2nd quarter
2011 - provides collision repair facilities with tools to easily track their pollution
prevention and energy reduction efforts. The solution eliminates the need for shops
to document their results manually and helps reduce the risk of non-compliance with
regulatory requirements. The GRC-Pirk GreenYield(TM) program extracts monthly repair
order performance patterns from Mitchell's RepairCenter application and compares
equivalent engineering conversion units to previous corresponding periods on a
continuous basis.

"Our relationship with GRC-Pirk allows us to offer accounting and sustainability
solutions that operate in one package. In turn, our customers can feel secure that
they have the necessary data to validate their green business achievements," said
Jason Bertellotti, Vice President of Repair Solutions of Mitchell International.
"Technology tools from a company like GRC-Pirk let our customers focus on repairing
cars, not managing regulatory reports. We're making it easier to help shops help
the environment and comply with the regulatory requirements."

Steven E. Schillinger, President of GRC-Pirk, said "the launch of our GreenYield
application provides the technical mechanism for independent reporting of insurance
discounts, utility rebates and tax credits. These scientifically derived datasets
were developed in cooperation with the U.S. EPA as the foundation for GreenSWEEP(TM)
monitoring, an award-winning, web-based tool that provides an official record of
sustainable waste, emissions and energy performance through dynamic, detailed tabular
reports."

"GRC-Pirk Management has become the 'go-to' compliance company for collision repair
shops and paint manufacturers alike," said Cassandra Azzam, CFO of GRC-Pirk. "Our
online services enable shop owners and managers to better educate their customers
and insurance providers on the value of going green."

Collision repair facilities interested in learning more about the GreenYield module
