Fire In Parts Plant Slows Auto Production

DETROIT: March 4, 2011: Melissa Domsic of the Lansing State Journal writes that a fire in a factory that manufactures auto parts is having a significant adverse ripple effect in the automobile manufacturing chain. General Motors is cutting a shift in it's plant because of a parts shortage due to the fire.
