Tesla Motors Announces 2011 Annual Stockholder Meeting

PALO ALTO, CA--February 25, 2011: Tesla Motors, Inc. announced today that its 2011 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 9:00am Pacific time, at TechMart in Santa Clara, California.
