Magna International Inc. - Revised - Notice of Conference Call for Fourth Quarter and Year End 2010 Results

Magna will hold its quarterly conference call on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern. The previous notice of conference call, issued earlier this week, indicated that the call would be Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. However, due to a conflict with another scheduled conference call, the date and time have been changed. The conference call will be webcast at Magna, and will be chaired by Donald J. Walker, Chief Executive Officer.
