BMW of North America Selects Circle BMW Technician as a 2010 Champion
Diagnosis Feedback Award Recipient

EATONTOWN, N.J. (February 7, 2011) – <http://www.circlebmw.com/> Circle
BMW, one of the region’s leading BMW dealerships, today announced that BMW
of North America, LLC has selected Circle BMW Technician, Mark Lowmaster, as
a recipient of the 2010 Champion Diagnosis Feedback Award. Lowmaster
provided automotive diagnostic information that was selected by a committee
comprised of BMW engineers and executives. His diagnostic report was
selected from a group of twelve finalists. There are more than 7,000 BMW
technicians working at 335 BMW Centers in the United States.

The Champion Diagnosis Feedback Award recognizes BMW technicians who provide
detailed diagnostic information that can be used to help other technicians
identify and repair automotive problems correctly and efficiently. Lowmaster
was awarded a $500 prepaid gift card at a luncheon hosted by BMW of North
America.

Technical Service Engineer, BMW of North America, George Stanley, said, “Our
vast network of technicians provide regular feedback that is critical to our
Integrated Service Information System and our ability to provide BMW
customers with exceptional service. Mark’s enthusiasm and keen ability to
identify and solve problems is an asset to Circle BMW and the BMW brand.”

“Circle BMW has the finest team of BMW technicians in the state,” said
Circle BMW President, Tom DeFelice. “Mark in particular, exemplifies the
high caliber technician that we have on our team. He is a committed and
thorough technician that is well-deserving of this prestigious honor.”

Before joining Circle BMW as a technician in 2009, Lowmaster graduated from
the highly acclaimed BMW STEP Technician Development Program. He earned a
degree in Automotive Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology, an
affiliate of The Pennsylvania State University in 2008.
