Eric Schwab Named Publisher of Motor Trend and AUTOMOBILE Magazine
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.--Source Interlink Media, LLC. (SIM), one of the largest publishers of magazines and online content for enthusiast audiences, announced today the promotion of Eric Schwab. Schwab was named Publisher of Motor Trend and AUTOMOBILE Magazine as well as Senior Vice President of Integrated Sales for SIM. Schwab will assume both roles immediately.
As Publisher of Motor Trend and AUTOMOBILE Magazine, Schwab will report to Ira Gabriel, Executive Vice President of the Consumer Media Group. As Senior Vice President of Integrated Sales for SIM, Schwab will report to Brad Gerber, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Source Interlink Media.

Based in Detroit and having been with Source Interlink for more than 10 years, Schwab previously served as Vice President and Associate Publisher of the Motor Trend Automotive Group and VP Automotive Sales prior to today's promotion and was integral in driving key automotive integrated marketing programs.

In his new roles, Schwab will continue to work from Detroit, now responsible for overseeing advertising and integrated marketing for Motor Trend and AUTOMOBILE Magazine as well as directing all the integrated sales for SIM.
As Publisher of Motor Trend and AUTOMOBILE Magazine, Schwab will replace Ira Gabriel, who was appointed to the position of Executive Vice President and Group Publisher of the Consumer Media Group for SIM last week. As Senior Vice President of Integrated Sales, Schwab replaces Brad Gerber who was just named Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer for SIM.
The announcement of Schwab's new positions are the latest in a series of moves by SIM, aimed to streamline and capitalize on its market leading position as a premier enthusiast media company.
