Updates For Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series At Firebird - DECEMBER 11-12, 2010

The track length at Firebird will be closer to eight-tenths of a mile (we had guessed it at about a mile).

There are 11 (not 10) classes in the 2010 Lucas Off Road Racing Series.

There are 7 (not 6) championships (out of 11) still in play for Saturday, December 11’s fifteenth and final regular race of the season.

The full and correct name of the Sunday event is: “Rockstar Energy Lucas Oil Challenge Cup” (we left out Lucas Oil!).

The price for an adult admission ticket for Friday (December 10) practice and qualifying is only $10 (not $30).

There are about 5,000 spectator seats (we indicated 10,000).

And finally, the first and second races of the 2011 season are now set to run on March 19/20 (rather than 12/13) at Firebird International Raceway.
