MILTON KEYNES, UNITED KINGDOM – November 26, 2010: In a Graduation ceremony held recently at The National Heritage Motor Museum, Suzuki proudly presented 34 young apprentices with their Graduation certificates.

The event marks the culmination of three years’ hard work (two years for parts apprentices) studying on their block release programme as well as within their respective dealerships in order to graduate with this coveted qualification.

In attendance at the event was the IMI’s (Institute of the Motor Industry) Chief Operating Officer Linda Stansfield who commented: “The IMI is very proud to support and recognise the Graduating Technicians and Parts and Aftersales Advisors and applauds Suzuki’s commitment in forming a strong foundation for its network staff as well as building a secure future.”

Commenting on the achievements, Yoshinobu Abe, Managing Director for Suzuki GB commented: “Developing the skills of our apprentices is an excellent way of strengthening our performance and staying true to our company vision and missions. It gives me great pleasure to be able to reward the achievements of so many young people. Their success is not only proof of the great talent at work in our Suzuki Dealers around the country but it also provides them with a platform on which to develop their careers for the future.”
