LOS ANGELES - November 18, 2010: Jaguar's stunning range-extended electric supercar concept- the C-X75 - makes its North American Debut at this year's 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show. Also on display at the Jaguar stand are the 2011 XJ, XK and XF. This 2011 Model Year lineup will be on display for press review on November 17- 18 and available during the public show days from November 19 - 28.
The C-X75, designed to celebrate 75 years of the marque, provides a glimpse into the future of Jaguar and its commitment to producing beautiful, fast cars, powered by sustainable means. The C-X75 boasts advanced design features such as a ground-breaking propulsion system, and active aerodynamics allow for an elegantly simple fuselage section that remains stable at very high speeds.
Shorter and lower than the current crop of supercars, its exterior design is about pure performance with a simple central fuselage surrounded by prominent wheel arches. Thanks to the packaging efficiencies provided by the absence of a conventional piston engine, the car's designers had maximum freedom in placing the mechanical components and creating the most elegant engineering package available.
The 205 mph four-wheel drive supercar is capable of running in purely electric (zero tailpipe emissions) mode for 68 miles on a six-hour domestic plug-in charge. The innovative, lightweight micro gas-turbines are also capable of very quickly and efficiently recharging the Lithium-ion batteries, giving the car a theoretical range of 560 miles.
Because each wheel is driven by its own electric motor, the C-X75 is four-wheel drive- with all the traction, grip and safety benefits that entails- without the weight disadvantages of a purely mechanical set-up. Inherent in this drivetrain is the ability to independently vector torque to each wheel across the full speed range. This offers potential benefits in terms of stability and control, creating an infinitely and instantaneously adjustable traction and stability control system.

All-new XJ for 2011
The flagship sedan range blends the sleek lines of Jaguar's new design language with the brand's latest generation engines and chassis systems. Six XJ model variants include standard and long-wheelbase (XJL) versions, the latter adding five inches of rear legroom and additional luxury amenities.
The model range includes the XJ with a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8, the XJ Supercharged with a 470 hp supercharged version of the engine, and the limited-production XJ Supersport powered by a 510 hp supercharged version. An XJ Supersport can accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 4.7 seconds yet is not subject to the Federal "gas guzzler" tax.
All 2011 XJ models are powered by variants of the AJ-V8 Gen III 5.0-liter V8 first introduced on the 2010 XF and XK models. The all-aluminum four-cam Jaguar V8 engines combine high power with high efficiency, thanks to such technologies as spray-guided direct fuel injection and dual independent variable cam timing, plus a variable inlet manifold on the naturally aspirated engine. On the XJ Supercharged and Supersport models, a twin vortex system (TVS) supercharger and twin water-cooled intercoolers are efficiently packaged in the engine's V.

The XF offers the choice of three advanced, direct-injection V8 engines: a highly acclaimed naturally aspirated 5.0-liter and two versions of Jaguar's outstanding supercharged 5.0-liter. The 385 hp 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V8 delivers 0-60 mph in 5.5 seconds. It features Variable Camshaft Timing and Camshaft Profile Switching to optimize efficiency at low and high speeds as well as delivering strong low speed torque. The luxurious XF Supercharged model is powered by the 470 hp 5.0-liter V8 supercharged. As well as achieving 0-60mph in 4.9 seconds, this powerful and refined engine offers outstanding mid-range acceleration and excellent drivability. Exclusive to the XFR, the 510 hp 5.0-liter V8 supercharged launches the vehicle from 0-60 mph in a mere 4.7 seconds and provides truly exhilarating performance. And with its semi-active exhaust, the XFR produces the kind of pulse-racing growl to match its stellar pace.
Interior enhancements include twin-needle stitching which extends across the dash top and gorgeous wood finishes throughout the entire interior. Whether you choose the traditional, glossy Burl Walnut on the XF or XF Premium or the stunning Dark Oak that comes with the supercharged XFR, the craftsmanship is consistently impressive.
