A TOYS-FOR-TOTS TOY ADMITS THE WHOLE FAMILY: FREE!

Irwindale, Calif. - -  Stock car fans will have unique opportunity to visit the working pit area at Toyota Speedway in Irwindale on Friday, November 26 from 4 to 6PM.  

The pit will be full of stock cars in final preparation for the $50,000 Canidae California Stock Car Classic presented by Mastercraft event on Saturday night a the Speedway.

Gates to the Speedway will open at 4PM and track “admission” will be a new, unwrapped children’s toy which will be collected by Toys For Tots representatives.  One toy will get the whole family in for this very special “close up and personal” event right in the pit area with drivers, crew members, and fans.  Autograph books and cameras are both highly encouraged.

At 6PM fans will be asked to head for the main grandstand seats and all are invited to stay and view practice which will run until approximately 9PM.

Saturday night’s action-packed stock car triple bill will feature the touring pros of the SRL/SPEARS Southwest Tour and the two most popular west coast NASCAR weekly series (Late Models and Super Late Models) competing in three events for over $50,000.00 in prize money.  Adding to the excitement is the fact that the Lucas Oil HD TV Team will tape the races and present them on Versus the day after Christmas, Sunday evening December 27, at 4PM EST.
