P1 ENGINES SCORE TWO WINS AND FIVE PODIUMS IN FINAL ROUND OF WKA

"A successful Manufacturer's Cup Campaign for California based company"

September 22, 2010 - Looking to have a successful close to the 2010 World
Karting Association (WKA) Manufacturer's Cup program, P1 Engines would make
the cross country trek from their California based location to Millville,
New Jersey for the final round of the series. Looking to garner as many
podium positions as possible, P1 Engines scored race wins in the TaG and
Leopard Only classes while taking away more podium results in the Komet
Piston Port (KPP) and Yamaha classes.

Standing atop the podium in the TaG class was New Jersey area driver Michael
Politis. Utilizing a P1 Engines powered Leopard, Politis took the race win
after qualifying on the inside of the second row. In the main event, the
senior pilot showed his true speed as he scored the fastest lap of the event
by two tenths of a second as he drove to a dominating victory.

Politis would not be done there as he was also set to do battle in the
Leopard Only class. Looking for a pair of national victories, Politis
qualified his P1 Engines powered ride to the second starting spot and held
off all advances from fellow competitors in the main event to take his
second win of the weekend.

"All of our engines were fast and at the front of the pack," expressed P1
Engines Jesus Vasquez. "Politis was fast in whatever class he was driving in
and Shawn Sharkey was fighting for race wins all weekend long. Zane Smith
ran into some bad racing luck in the final but showed that he had the speed
for the win. The 2010 WKA season was a successful one for us, and we are
already looking forward to the 2011 campaign."

WKA front runner Shawn Sharkey was back in action and would compete in four
divisions over the three day weekend. Looking to secure a top three position
in the overall points standings in all classes, Sharkey was able to score
three third place results as he showed the speed to run with the leaders.
Standing on the podium in KPP Junior Lite, KPP Junior Heavy and Yamaha
Junior Heavy, Sharkey helped P1 Engines to a total of five podium results on
the weekend.

Komet Junior Sportsman competitor Zane Smith would look to add to the podium
total but would come up short at the end of the weekend. After having some
of the quickest times in Friday's test session, Smith qualified his P1
Engines powered kart to a solid third place position. While the Sportsman
classes provide close racing action, Smith was shuffled out of line early
and would manage to finish in the eighth position.

Back in California, P1 Engines powered driver Ty Matta scored the race win
in the Tri-City KPV 4 event. With the upcoming Lancaster Grand Prix, Matta
will be the only driver with a chance to take home the two thousand dollar
purse if he can claim the victory at the challenging street race this coming
weekend to score a pair of wins in two weekends.
