PODIUMS, WINS AND CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR P1 ENGINES OVER HOLDIAY WEEKEND

"Rock Island Grand Prix, Pro Kart Challenge, FKCS and IKF Action"

September 8th, 2010 - With events taking place in the Midwest and throughout
the west coast, P1 Engines was back in action this weekend with drivers
seeing competing at the Rock Island Grand Prix, Pro Kart Challenge North and
the Gold Rush events. With some solid podium results including multiple
main event wins, P1 Engines went on to secure championships to add to their
already impressive resume.

"It was a challenging weekend as P1 Engines had drivers and motors scattered
at events throughout North America," express Jesus Vasquez, owner of P1
Engines. "With proper preparation and some talented drivers, we were able to
get our drivers to the front of the pack and on the podium."

At the Rock Island Grand Prix, New Jersey resident Shawn Sharkey would come
home with some success. In the TaG Senior category, the talented up and
comer would lose a chain in qualifying and would be forced to start from the
tail of the field in 28th position. With the street race format, there was
no chance of moving forward in a prefinal as qualifying and the main event
was all that was on the schedule.

Showing the speed of his P1 Engines powered Motori 7, Sharkey drove through
the field picking up twenty-two positions to finish sixth. Also seeing
battle in the IAME Leopard only class, Sharkey qualified a respectable sixth
and drove to a third place podium result in his first ever senior race at
the prestigious street race.

Also competing in the IAME Leopard class was Arizona resident Phil De La O.
The WSK World Series front runner had a tremendous outing in his first
career Rock Island Gran Prix as he went on to claim the main event victory
pacing the field. De La O would also do battle in the TaG Open class where
he was the highest placing Parilla Leopard motor coming home seventh.

Across the country at the Pro Kart Challenge race in Sonoma, California,
Bobby Kelley was back in a familiar place taking home the race win and top
step of the podium in the TaG Senior class. With a solid North/South
shootout event a few weeks prior, Kelley and his P1 Engines powered Motori 7
was able to secure the TaG Senior title.

Devon Sanchez would be the P1 Engines driver in the junior class as he would
do battle in TaG Junior. Looking to follow in the footsteps of Kelley,
Sanchez would be unable to take the win but would score a top five finish in
fourth. With the results official, Sanchez would score the TaG Junior Pro
Kart Challenge North title to give P1 Engines their second championship of
the weekend.

The third and final event of the weekend was the Gold Rush at the Stockton
Motorplex. Austin Elliot would sweep the KPV 2 action to score the race win
and regain the championship lead. Taking control of the Yamaha Senior class
was Nick Johnston in the third position and David Vasquez on the pole after
qualifying in the 25 kart field. In the main Johnston improved to take the
victory while Vasquez fell back to the second position giving P1 Engines a
one-two finish in the class.

In Florida the week prior, Jacob Duvall was on a tear claiming two titles in
the Florida Karting Championship Series (FKCS). After finishing second on
Saturday, Duvall dominated the TaG Senior division on Sunday utilizing P1
power to take home his second championship of the season.

P1 Engines will enjoy little time off as they will have several competitors
competing at the International Karting Federation Region 7 Series in Perris,
California before travelling east to New Jersey Motorsports Park for the
final round in the World Karting Association Manufacturer's Cup program.
